Position: Residential Remodeling Specialist 

Job Description: As a Residential Remodeling Specialist, you will handle leading and executing various remodeling projects from start to finish. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the aesthetics, functionality, and value of our customers' homes. Your day-to-day tasks may include: 

• Collaborating with customers, designers, and project managers to understand remodeling requirements and create project plans. 

• Conducting on-site assessments and evaluations to identify necessary improvements and scope of work. 

• Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution. 

• Carrying out various remodeling tasks, such as carpentry, drywall, painting, and other related activities. 

• Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. 

• Handling project timelines and budgets effectively to meet client expectations. 

• Providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the remodeling process. 

• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, respecting customers' properties. 

Requirements: 

• Ten years’ experience in residential remodeling or related construction work. 

• Demonstrated skills in selective demolition, carpentry, and general construction. 

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and construction documents. 

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. 

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 

• Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members. 

• Reliable and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. 

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Relevant certifications or licenses in construction or remodeling trades. 

• Experience with historic restoration remodeling practices. 

• Familiarity with the latest trends and materials in the remodeling industry.
